Ms Merritt
Merritt Flexman has been involved with KinderVillage since 2000. Her children, Sarah and Nathan are both "Kindermusik graduates".
Having earned a music-ed degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, and taught 7 years in public schools, she recognized the merits of the well developed Kindermusik curriculum and decided to teach Young Child classes. Ms Merritt says, "Small classes, an abundance of varied musical instruments and interested parents and children open the doors to a wonderful musical experience."
An accomplished flautist, Ms. Merritt can be heard performing with the Raleigh Flute Choir and the Triangle Wind Ensemble.
